Saling Results
Pentewan and Porthpean Sailing Clubs have supported the Regatta for another year holding races close to Charlestown Harbour providing the crowds with some close racing on a lovely Cornish day. The winds were offshore and proved to be very tricky for those taking part with boats whizzing along one minute and becalmed the next. The major obstacle this year though were the sheer number of large barrel jellyfish in the sea which every couple of minutes stopped boats as they sailed into them. It all made for an enjoyable sail for competitors and spectators alike.
